Explore the traditional souk in Rissani and pass through Erfoud, known for its ancient fossils. Drive through the Ziz Valley, walk through the cedar forest near Azrou to observe Barbary macaques, and stop in Ifrane before finishing the tour in Fes.

Following breakfast, spend the full day discovering the surrounding Sahara territory. Start with an off-road drive toward the historical Kohl mines at Mifis, then visit indigenous nomadic families in their woven tents to learn about their daily routines while sharing traditional tea. Next, head to Khamlia village to experience authentic Gnawa musical performances. After lunch in a local spot, enjoy a walk through the lush palm groves and check out the seasonal Merzouga lake. In the late afternoon, mount camels to ride across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes, pause on a high crest to watch the sunset, and head to a Saharan tent camp. The evening features traditional music around the campfire under the open sky.
Wake up early to catch the desert sunrise over the dunes before heading out toward Fes. Stop first at Rissani to stroll through its traditional weekly souk, then drive to Erfoud to see the local fossil workshops. Continue through the palm-filled landscapes of the Ziz Valley and ascend into the Middle Atlas region. Stop at the cedar forest near Azrou to observe Barbary macaques in their natural habitat, followed by a short visit to the alpine-style town of Ifrane. The tour completes late in the afternoon upon arrival in Fes.
